Account & Data Deletion Request

In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, users of the Maher app (developed by Nexlogic Ltd) have the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

1. Send an email to our support team at: nexlogicltd@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Maher App".
3. Include your registered account details (Full Name and Registered Phone Number/Email) to verify ownership.

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted:

• Profile details (Name, email address, phone number, and profile picture).
• In-app message history, media files, and active chat logs.
• Service request history, live auction bids, and pricing proposals.
• Stored precise and approximate location logs.

Data Retained & Retention Period:

• Financial & Transaction Records (if applicable): Retained for up to 90 days solely to comply with legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting obligations, after which it is permanently purged.
